Further, it has already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide its letter dated 28th September, 2024 that, the Trading Window of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2024.
