With reference to the news article published in the Economic Times on 22nd October 2024, titled ‘L&T outbids BHEL for Rs 40,000 Cr. NTPC Tender’ and pursuant to Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Bharat Heavy Electricals has clarified that NTPC invited bids for their pooled tender of three projects. BHEL participated in this tender enquiry. Project wise successful bidder is yet to be declared by NTPC.
