The same was also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 25th October, 2024. The company has enclosed the copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company concluded on 26th October at 4.40 am.
