Keyvihar Realtors (Rustomjee Group Companies) has entered into an agreement to purchase FSI with M/s Parth Construction, a Partnership Firm, Step Down Subsidiary of B-Right Realestate.
As per the agreement to purchase FSI, the transaction contemplates FSI sales of 5971.80 Sq meters. for total consideration aggregating to Rs 91.37 crore. The project is expected to generate sale FSI of approximately 39000 Sq. Metres translating into Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than Rs 600 crore. The project is expected to be completed in 40 months.
