Ashok Leyland has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board will consider amongst other agenda items, the proposal of declaring interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the FY 2024-25. The Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors of the Company, will have a Record Date as Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Pursuant to the Company’s Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from October 1, 2024 and till 48 hours after the declaration of results.
