The trading window for buying and selling Company’s securities have been closed with effect from 01st October, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for ‘Prevention of Insider Trading in Company’s securities’.
