Trading Window Closure: As intimated vide letter dated 25th September, 2024; the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Promoters, Directors, Connected/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
