House of Pearl Fashions has received Hon'ble High Court of Delhi’s approval for the scheme of merger or amalgamation with Pearl Global. The scheme will be effective upon filing of the written order with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. The approval was granted on November 11, 2011.
