As communicated vide previous letter dated September 26, 2024, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2024 and further it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, till November 16, 2024 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives in the securities of the Company, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
