In continuation to the submission dated October 22, 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 32 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated December 24, 2019, TCC Concept has informed that the appointment of CARE Ratings (‘CARE’) as Monitoring Agency is effective from 4 November, 2024. Hence, the reference for CARE as Monitoring Agency for the quarter ended 30 September, 2024 was inadvertent. Accordingly, CARE shall only monitor the transaction post its effective date of appointment, 4 November, 2024.
