SKF India has informed that the Company has received intimation from Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), Link Intime India (TSR Consultants), has been merged with Link Intime India with effect from 22nd December 2023 that the shareholder has applied to the Company for issuance of duplicate share certificates due to loss of original share certificates.
