Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Padam Cotton Yarns has informed that Sachin Gupta (DIN: 01111152), vide his letter dated November 13, 2024 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on November 13, 2024 due to pursuing other professional opportunities and the same has been noted in the board meeting held on November 13, 2024 at 2:30 PM concluded at 3:30 PM. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with clause 7B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 enclosed as Annexure-A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Sachin Gupta that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated November 13, 2024, and the same is enclosed as Annexure-B.
