International Conveyors has acquired 1,10,715 equity shares of Globus Spirits on November 18, 2024. The cost of acquisition is Rs 9.13 crore.
Globus Spirits is the only company in India’s alcohol industry that has a balanced business model which includes all segments of the spirits value chain, right from the manufacturing of alcohol to a diverse consumer portfolio.
In October 2024, the company had acquired 56,640 equity shares of Syngene International. The cost of acquisition is Rs 5 crore.
