Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Prima Plastics has informed that it enclosed the intimation received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) - Bigshare Services, providing information regarding loss of share certificate by shareholder. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the RTA shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
