Jana Small Finance Bank has informed that 49,807 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each have been allotted today i.e., 21st November 2024 pursuant to the exercise of options granted to the employees of the Bank under the ESOP scheme 2017 and ESOP scheme 2018. The Equity Shares allotted are fully paid-up and shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Bank. The Bank shall submit the application for listing and trading approval from BSE and National Stock Exchange. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 104664147 shares of Rs 10 each to 104713954 shares of Rs 10 each. The details of the said allotment are provided as Annexure- 1 to this letter.
