Impex Ferro Tech has informed that the Sixth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Impex Ferro Tech (Corporate Debtor) was successfully convened at 15:30 hours and concluded at 16:30 hours on Thursday, 21st November, 2024 and the minutes of the same is circulated via email on 23rd Nov 2024 at 15:24 hours, wherein, the resolutions which were put to vote, have been approved by requisite majority of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor, as follows; Placed and discussed the list of creditors dated 08th Nov 2024 version 3 who have submitted their claim and the status of verification of such claims; Discussed the revised Information Memorandum prepared as per Regulation 36 of CIRP regulation, 2016; Discussed the steps taken by the Resolution Professional as a part of the corporate insolvency resolution process and report/status thereto; Considered and took note of statement of expenses incurred for running of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) CIRP of the corporate debtor; Discussed the Order of Hon’ble NCLT regarding commencement of CIRP of Angaraj Vanijya (under CIRP) on 8th Nov 2024.
