The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on November 26, 2024. The disclosure as required under Schedule III Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is attached as Annexure A.
