Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), Lesha Industries has informed that Ashok Chinubhai Shah (DIN: 02467830) has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company, along with relinquishing his membership in various committees of the Company, where he holds a position as a member or chairman, with effect from November 28, 2024 due to pre occupancy elsewhere. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure - I. The letter of resignation received from Ashok Chinubhai Shah is enclosed as Annexure - II.
