In continuation to intimation letters dated 28.01.2022 and 15.02.2023, intimating change of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, all physical documents are handed over to new RTA and company during this time. In terms of Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Amarjothi Spinning Mills has informed that the Company has entered into Tripartite Agreement on 29th November, 2024 with CAMEO CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED (New RTA) and LINK INTIME INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Old RTA).
