The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, are given in Annexure A. The resignation letter received from Mayank Bhandari is also enclosed. The Board of Directors of the Company has noted the same and placed on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mayank Bhandari during her tenure as a Board Member with the Company.
