In this connection, it has made disclosures of all the information /announcement as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) within the timeline including information which may have bearing on the price movement of the scrip within the stipulated timelines.
