In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and any other law for the time being enforce, Jonjua Overseas has informed Jonjua Air has declared Rights Issue in the ratio of 1:5 (1 Rights share for every 5 Equity shares held). The company which is a shareholder of Jonjua Air will be entitled to receive the Rights shares on its holding in Jonjua Air. The company will apply in Rights Issue of Jonjua Air on its holding.
