Sky Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today Monday, December 09, 2024, have considered and approved the investment in securities of its subsidiary company, Skytech Textiles hereinafter referred to as ‘Investee Company’ by way of rights issue/ preferential issue or any other mode, subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be applicable. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 12:20 PM. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, www.skycorp.in.
