Prime Urban Development India has completed transaction relating to divestment of its entire stake in foreign subsidiary company ‘Prime Urban North America INC.’ (PUNA). The company has received the full consideration and consequently, PUNA ceases to be the subsidiary of the Company with effect from December 9, 2024.
Prime Urban Development India is the domestic supplier of cotton yarns to 100% EOU Fabric manufacturers also a domestic supplier of knitted undergarments to leading brands.
