Appointment of Megha Bhavesh Maheshwari (DIN: 10270455) as an Additional (Whole Time Director) of the Company with effect from 13/12/2024. 2. To take a note of resignation of Megha Bhavesh Maheshwari from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from13/12/2024. 3. Appointment of Pushkarraj Jamnalal Kabra as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 13/12/2024. Detailed information as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, in respect of aforesaid appointment and resignation are given in 'Annexure A' to this letter. The letter of resignation along with the reason for resignation is enclosed as 'Annexure B'.
