SKF India has received requisite approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WoS) under the name and style of SKF India (Industrial) to carry out the Proposed Demerger of Industrial Business. Additionally, the company has obtained the Certificate of Incorporation dated December 17, 2024 for this newly incorporated WoS.
