DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations and Volatus Aerospace Inc., headquartered in Canada have entered into a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on December 17, 2024. The collaboration is focused on enhancing drone-based logistics and services in India, combining DroneAcharya’s expertise in drone surveying, and training with Volatus Aerospace’s cutting-edge delivery solutions and technological innovations.

As part of this MoU, DroneAcharya will serve as the manufacturing partner for Volatus in India, enabling the local production and distribution of their state-of-the-art drone solutions. A standout product in this partnership is the Condor, a heavy-payload logistics drone with an impressive carrying capacity of 180 kilograms, designed to redefine drone-enabled cargo delivery in India. The partnership aims to target institutional sales opportunities across India, with DroneAcharya leading business development efforts such as tender submissions and client engagement, while Volatus Aerospace acts as the technology partner, offering technical support and capability demonstrations.

The partnership also aims to facilitate the exchange of technology, allowing Volatus Aerospace to leverage DroneAcharya’s expertise in FPV (First-Person View) drone technology and room intervention solutions. By integrating these advanced capabilities into their operations, Volatus Aerospace can expand its service offerings and enhance its technological portfolio.

Volatus Aerospace, a pioneer in compliant drone delivery certified by Transport Canada, brings its proprietary logistics platform and turnkey cargo delivery systems to the partnership.

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations provides high-end ecosystem of Drone solutions for multi-sensor Drone surveys, data processing of Drone data using robust high configuration workstations, Drone pilot training & specialized GIS training.
