SRU Steels has informed that Rajeev Mehra (DIN: 08430959) and Vishal Mehra (DIN: 09717741) have tendered their resignation as a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 18th December, 2024. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III -Para A of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, are given in Annexure A. The resignation letter received from Rajeev Mehra and Vishal Mehra are also enclosed. The Board of Directors of the Company has noted the same and placed on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Rajeev Mehra and Vishal Mehra during their tenure as a Board Member with the Company.
