Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), Punj Lloyd has informed regarding the outcome of the 17th Stakeholders Consultation Committee meeting (SCC) of the company held on December 18, 2024. Liquidator (LQ) of the Company informed the SCC members regarding the developments which have taken place in the ongoing sale process involved in the Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis.
