Gayatri Highways has informed that as per the Code of Conduct for the prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 15th January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons (Directors / KMPs/ Designated Employees) and other connected persons have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The date of the Board meeting to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 will be communicated in due course.
