In continuation to its earlier intimation dated October 25, 2024, with respect to entering into Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreement with Buildtech Products India (‘Buildtech / Target’), Mr. Sunder Lal Kothari, Mr. Sanjiv Kapoor and Mrs. Prapti Kothari (‘Shareholders of Target’). In this regard, Thermax has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Buildtech as disclosed in its earlier intimation. Accordingly, Buildtech has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
