Goa Carbon has informed that Credit Rating obtained from CRISIL Ratings on Rs 424 crore bank facilities of the Company has been withdrawn. It attached the letter no. RL/GOACARB/359216/BLR/ 1224/105123 dated 19th December 2024 issued by CRISIL Ratings. It is further to be noted that Acuite Ratings & Research - the credit rating agency has already assigned Long Term Credit Rating as Acuite ‘A’ with ‘Stable’ Outlook and Short-Term Credit Rating as Acuite ‘Al’ for Rs 425 crore bank credit facilities of the Company.
