In its previous intimation dated November 14, 2024 and November 20, 2024, SEPC has informed that the decision of the Board to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequent amendment in the Memorandum of Association. Further, the Board at its meeting dated November 14, 2024, had approved the postal ballot notice set out for the aforesaid business. The resolution as set out in the postal ballot notice for the aforementioned business has been passed with requisite majority on December 20, 2024 (being the last date for e-voting). In this regard, it has enclosed the E-voting results and Scrutinizer Report.
