Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Axel Polymers has informed that Jigardan Gadhvi has tendered his resignation today December 23, 2024, from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company. He has decided to pursue a career outside the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) with effect from close of working hours of January 25, 2025. The detailed information required as per the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in ‘Annexure A’. The letter of resignation along with the reason for resignation is also enclosed.
