Timken India has informed that in terms of provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window will be closed from 1 January, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours of submission/publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ending 31 December, 2024 to stock exchanges after obtaining approval of the Board of Directors. The date of Board Meeting for aforesaid purpose will be intimated shortly.
