Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) & Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, Jay Bharat Maruti has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons i.e. Promoters, Members of Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/Persons of the Company including Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and all Connected Persons with effect from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2024. In case, trading window end date is on trading holiday then trading window will remain closed till next succeeding day which is not trading holiday. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2024 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons i.e. Promoters, Members of Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/Persons of the Company including the Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and all Connected Persons including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
