Beekay Niryat has informed that the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) has approved the change of name of the Company from ‘BEEKAY NIRYAT LIMITED’ to ‘AGRIBIO SPIRITS LIMITED’ also changed Scrip ID ‘AGRIBIO’ as symbol for bolt system on exchange with effect from 30th December, 2024. Ministry of Corporate Affairs has already approved the change of name and issued fresh certificate of incorporation to the company.
