Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Natura Hue Chem has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed with effect from from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on 31st December 2024, for all the Directors, KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
