Menon Bearings has informed that in terms of Company’s 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Specified Persons as defined in the Code from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting in which Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 are approved and declared. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of financial results of the Company as aforesaid. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve, Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
