Vinati Organics has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
