Rap Media has informed that the Trading Window for buying/selling/dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall be closed with effect from January 01, 2025 pursuant to Insider Trading Policy & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Code), Regulations, 2015. The Trading window shall be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately. The same has been intimated to the Directors, Promoters, Auditors, all the Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.
