Axtel Industries has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 for all designated persons pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of announcement of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2024 to the Stock Exchange after its approval by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting.
