Fiberweb (India) has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
