UH Zaveri has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Wednesday 1st January 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024. Accordingly, all Designated Persons including Directors, Promoters & Promoter Group along with Persons Acting in Concert, Employees of the Company & its Subsidiary Company(ies) and their respective immediate relatives and persons having contractual & fiduciary relation with the Company including but not limited to auditors, accountancy firm, law firms, analysts, consultants, etc. assisting or advising the Company, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed.
