In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’, adopted under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, VST Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 to the public.
