Narmada Gelatines has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for the Insiders (Directors / Employees/ designated and other connected person) covered under the said code of the company with effect from 1st January, 2025. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024 are communicated to stock exchange and become generally available information.
