Further, the date of meetings of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
