Saraswati Saree Depot has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their relatives as defined in the code, from Wednesday, 01st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
