Shriram Properties has signed a definitive agreement for sale/divestment of securities held in its wholly-owned, non-material subsidiary viz., SPL Shelters. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 93 crore (including equity and outstanding debts). The transaction is expected to be completed on or before January 31, 2025.
