Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’, Sunraj Diamond Exports has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01 January, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 are made public. During the closure of trading window, insiders are also advised not to deal in the shares of the Company.
